i was recently appointed an elder, about 6 months ago now, and that is exactly two years after my awakenning, but funny that the appointment came also about 2 years after i had completely lost all faith in god and had been leading a full time anti-jw life .

makes you wonder the role of the holy spirit in the entire nomination or appointment process.. .

jgnat- Not as easy as you suggested, our lives have been destroyed, we have no formal education, no allies outside the JW cage, we see the world from a different lens, and what is more, relationship with family members is largely at stake.

defender of truth - As JWs we live in prison, and the worst inmates are those who know TTATT and cant get out, its thesame as being sentenced to life imprisonment when your innocence is proven beyond doubt.

DO not expect someone in prison to behave rationally, the JW world is not a sane world, and once we come to terms with it, we use insanity to deal with insanity, so far as my conscience is clean and I sleep well, I see no reason to resort to any other method to deal with the sheeples.

defender of truth- In all the JCs I have sat, I have always ensured the decision ended in a public reprove. I wield some kind of influence locally and I have suceeded so far in harnessing it to the dubs advantage. I am aware that no one contemplates suicide after public reprove

Upon coming to terms with the TTATT. we all take different paths with our new found knowledge. Some diassociate while others may fade, but still others make a completely different deciision based on their personality, their value-system and their personal circumstance.

So JUDGE no one, In the words of Mark Twain “Whenever you find yourself on the side of the majority, it is time to pause and reflect.” I am holding fast to what I believe and you all reserve to do otherwise. In the words of Aristotle " “It is the mark of an educated mind to be able to entertain a thought or behaviour without accepting it.”

cofty- Sabotaging the watchtower from the inside is more effective than staging protests at convention and assembly halls or distributing fliers that will eventually end up somewhere in the trash can

DJS - Yes, the stress the JCs bring and the subsequent emotional turmoil that follows is a major awakenning point for most dubs. Many have concluded that no correction from a loving god should be given in this cruel manner, so something must absolutely be wrong with this method and the "misfits" used to facilitate it.

Since I awakened, I have been more active at setting up series of JCs even for matters that should normally be ignored, and I have blocked any attempt to appoint any brother. It has caused lots of frustration and disdain for the organization, and it has equally propagated so much enmity for the borg and its corporal entity, it has worked and it is still working

My goal is to sabotage the Watchtower from the inside, I am not interested in effecting any change. and I plan to remain for as long as possible. If Raymond Franz did not succeed to bring about any change. Who am I?

cantleave- so far no one has self-destruct, i have my way, i have so far ensured no one is disfellowshipped, although all have voluntary stopped any association with the dubs and over 90% are under reprove. i fully understand the collateral damage of disfellowshipping and would never allow myself to be used by the perverse organisation to enforce the obstinate rule
